Re-Creation Mini-Retreat And Community Immersion
This experience, gently guided in English language for a small group of international visitors, will happen in the midst of a friendly community festival with 50 guests on average, mostly Czech-speaking. The community centre where we are based is called Lorien and is located on the outskirts of a little village 20 minutes drive from Prague airport. You can combine this visit with a weekend in Prague and you can even reach the city from out location.

The mini-retreat offers an oasis of tranquility, introspection and co-creation with others. There is music by the fire and there're DJs playing organic and ecstatic sets in the dance hall in the evening. People come in with open hearts and minds to unwind and re(create).

The intention is to help you connect with yourself and your inspiration! We will walk, sit in the shade of trees. We will meditate, do a bit of yoga, do inner work and bathe in Nature.

The basis for the practices comes from yoga, secular mindfulness and non-denominational spiritual awareness. The retreat is not religious and is suitable for people with secular as well as spiritual worldviews. The purpose is to find our natural power and to play with it and relax into it.
The retreat programme covers 3 afternoons, including mindful talk, walk and meditation. We may also hold an artistic session within free time. Apart from that, the main community festival offers morning yoga and circles, and the evening programme of meditative dance. These main community activities are included into the price.

Accommodation and prices

Community centre does not offer separate rooms for sleeping. Guests can sleep on mattresses in the dancing hall (with sheets and sleeping bags provided upon request). In the hall there're beautifully decorated altars and polished wooden floors. In the evening during the festival the hall smells beautifully after the dancing ceremony blessed with smudge or palo santo smoke.

Guests can also camp outside, sleeping on the terrace or in a hammock or setting up a tent in the valley around the community centre. I can help you with arranging your camping in advance.

If these options are not convenient for you, I can help with booking accommodation in the nearby towns but the cost will be your own on top of the retreat.

Price includes the main programme of the community festival, the mini-retreat activities in English, accommodation and meals. Price does not include programme offered spontaneously by other participants (you can also offer, if you want).

Thoughtful Thursday
We begin the day with Morning Yoga under open skies, gently awakening the body and breath. After a nourishing breakfast, we gather in an Introduction Circle - a welcoming space to meet one another, set intentions, and begin forming our container of trust for the days ahead.
After lunch, we embark on a contemplative walk through the rolling green hills, eventually finding a quiet spot in nature to pause and dive into a conversation on Consciousness. Here, you’ll also experience a presentation of the Themes of Consciousness method - an exploration of how awareness, presence, and inner clarity shape our life path. This is followed by a guided group reflection and meditation.
Later in the afternoon, we delve into C.G. Jung’s Shadow - what it is, how it shows up in our personal and collective lives, and ways to begin integrating it with awareness and compassion. This session may include reflective writing, shared storytelling, or creative expression.
As night falls, we join the rhythm of the festival - dancing, firelight gatherings, and open conversation. This is a time to connect, reflect, and enjoy the magic of a shared evening under the stars.

Freeing Friday
The morning opens gently, with breakfast and a grounding circle, followed by embodiment practices that reconnect us with the breath, the body, and our felt sense of being alive.
In the afternoon, we gather in a deeper circle to explore our inner creative rhythms. You’ll be introduced to the Wheel Model, a powerful framework that helps identify where we are in cycles of creativity and personal energy. We’ll discuss how this model can help shift us out of burnout, creative stagnation, or emotional inertia and instead reconnect us with the natural flow of inspiration and productivity.
We also explore Jung’s Archetypes and Persona , that influence how we navigate life, work, and relationships. Expect this session to be imaginative, empowering, and quietly transformative.
Evening remains open for creative flow or rest—perhaps you’ll join in more festival offerings, share music, or have a quiet walk under the moonlight.

Savouring Saturday
A day devoted to sensory presence and self-expression. We start with barefoot walking through meadows and forest paths - feeling the earth, soaking in the air, attuning to the natural rhythm of our surroundings. The pace is gentle, allowing for solitude or spontaneous group connection.
The rest of the day is wide open for artistic expression and inner exploration. Paint, write, dance - whatever calls to your spirit. Materials will be provided, or bring your own tools of expression. There will be optional guided prompts and group sharing spaces, or you can simply flow freely.
In the evening, we gather for humming and drumming around the fire - a soulful celebration of our inner soundscape and collective rhythm. You’re invited to sleep under the stars or rest near the warm glow of the bonfire.

Farewell
We close with a morning circle for reflection and farewells. This is a space to integrate what’s been learned, express gratitude, and carry the insights forward. If needed, early departure on Saturday after 16:00 is also possible.
